Precision technology for unrivalled performance: DualSteam
Miele’s DualSteam technology provides quick and even steam distribution thanks to 3.3 kW external steam generators. The steam is introduced into the cavity via two steam nozzles on the back panel specially aligned to ensure the quickest heat up times and even steam distribution, even at low cooking temperatures. This is particularly beneficial for temperature-sensitive sous-vide cooking processes.

Touch control
Controls are provided by a single menu bar for easy access to the most used programmes such as DualSteam, Defrost and Reheat. Temperature is adjusted using the up and down arrows and is shown on the screen for accuracy.

Menu Cooking for step-by-step guidance
Simply select up to 3 ingredients from the appliance menu, input your preferred results (how well done you like them) and let the steam oven do the rest. For example choose chicken with asparagus and new potatoes and the steam oven will let you know when to add each ingredient so everything is cooked to perfection and ready at the same time.
